Operational notes: Day 1: The Jesuit Block remains closed on Mondays. Days 3, 4 & 5: The Estancias remain closed on Mondays. Day 6: It is required a flight after 7 PM. Day 1 Córdoba. D Arrival at Córdoba Airport. Reception and transfer to the selected hotel. In the afternoon, we make a walking tour by the Foundational Area of Córdoba, visiting the Jesuit Block, located in the centre of the city. Its great historical, architectural, testimonial and cultural value made UNESCO declared it as a Humanity’s Heritage in 2000, along with the Road of Jesuit Estancias. This includes the Domestic Chapel, the National College of Monserrat, La Compañía de Jesús Church, the former headquarters of the National University of Cordoba and the Residence. Day 2 Córdoba. B L D We continue exploring the city, while we experience the fervent activity of the commercial, popular and market area. After lunch, we discover another side of the city through cultural walks, museums and emblematic buildings to finish the afternoon enjoying the little streets and bohemian passages of Güemes. Day 3 Córdoba. B L D After breakfast we begin a special tour visiting Alta Gracia, which contains a Jesuitical Estancia, declared Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. This important productive establishment consisted of the Residence, the Obraje (‘the Manufacturing’ that nowadays is a school), the productive land (where houses were built), the Tajamar (nowadays, a recreation centre and promenade), the church and the sanctuary. After lunch, we continue our tour, touching historical aspects of Argentina. We approach Che Guevara’s life, spending some time at Guevara’s family house, La Perla and Museum of Memory that involves recent aspects of the Argentinian history. Day 4 Córdoba / Estancia La Paz Town. B L D In the morning, we head north to the province to discover a journey full of history, culture and traditions through Jesuit Estancias, former agricultural establishments administered by the Jesuit order, declared Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. We visit Estancia Jesus Maria, Bodega and Chacra in Colonia Caroya, with lunch included. In the evening, we arrive at Estancia La Paz Town. This is a place rich in native and Jesuit history, furthermore its importance consists in that it has been Julio Argentino Roca’s summerhouse (ex-president) and, in fact, during that period it reached its greatest splendor. Day 5 Estancia La Paz Town. B L D Day at leisure to enjoy the place and live a true rural experience, take advantage of the facilities and the environment. In the afternoon, we enjoy a fun horseback ride to the river. Besides the Estancia’s activities, there are Golf, Polo and Relax experiences. Day 6 Estancia La Paz Town / Córdoba. B L Morning at leisure and after lunch we return to Córdoba, through Sierras Chicas circuit, visiting Ascochinga, La Granja and Candonga Chapel. Transfer to the airport
