D Arrival, reception and transfer to Estancia Nibepo Aike where, after checking in, you will have some spare time to start enjoying the experience of real country life. Arrival and reception at El Calafate airport. As we leave the city we observe how the Patagonian steppe takes over our vision, while we drive along Route 15 towards the Glamping located near the Brazo Rico of Lago Argentino. Once we are lodged, the landscape welcomes us while a guide explains to us about the activities we will do during our stay. Day 2 & 3 El Calafate. B L D Among the activities you can enjoy Hiking: to the most remote corners of the estancia Dos Lagos, discovering the history of the pioneers of these lands. Horseback riding: ride around the surroundings of the Roca Lake to discover the fascinating flora, fauna and history of the region. Bicycles: Experience the unique sensation of pedalling in complete harmony in the pristine Patagonian landscape. Interpretation of constellations: We invite you to marvel at the observation of thousands of stars, as well as capture unforgettable images with astrophotography. Visit to the lookout points: For its location and 360 degree view, enjoy the unique views of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Regional cooking classes Perito Moreno Glacier: Enjoy getting to know this marvel by sailing to the Playa de las Monedas (Coin Beach) and then walk along the walkways at a time when nature makes itself heard. Day 4 El Calafate / Chaltén Camp. B D We leave behind the estancia along the Route of the Patagonian Estancias and the mythical Route 40 towards El Chaltén. On the way, we stop at La Leona, a historic site ideal for a break, and then continue on to our final destination: a glamping site in the middle of the forest, overlooking Cerro Fitz Roy. Upon arrival, time at leisure to start relaxing and breath the pristine air. Travelled distance: 270 km (169 miles) Day 5 Chaltén Camp. B L D Being in the Argentine capital of trekking, we cannot do better than an amazing day trek. After passing by various lookouts and hiking along luscious lenga-tree woods, we will reach our destination: the outstanding Laguna de los Tres. Travelled distance: 17 km (11 miles) by vehicle, 20 km (12 miles) hike Elevation gain: 750 m. (2,500 ft.) Difficulty level: Medium/High Day 6 Chaltén Camp. B D Day at leisure to recharge batteries in your comfortable dome or enjoying the activities included by Chaltén Camp: mountain biking, birdwatching or visiting the Madsen Museum. If you prefer some other relaxed activity, we suggest a boat ride in Del Desierto Lake followed by a short easy hike to the Vespignani glacier (optional). However, if you prefer something more challenging, the trekking to Cagliero glacier is your choice (optional). Day 7 El Chaltén Camp / El Calafate. B Free time until your transfer back to El Calafate. Travelled distance: 217 km (135 miles)
